What fascinates me about my sport is...
Yoga is a holistic approach. In addition to the asanas and breathing techniques, my personal focus is on constant mindfulness. Keeping the mind and body in balance is a daily challenge that doesn’t begin on the yoga mat, but starts with the first thought of the day. Brushing teeth, cooking, walking, or vacuuming – everything is yoga. And yoga is for everyone.
What fascinates me about University Sports is...
Creating low-threshold opportunities for people in financially challenging situations is important to me. Access to movement should not depend on income. Participation and shared experiences are my main focus.
When I'm not practicing my sport...
...engage in other sports, whether it’s Muay Thai, bouldering, fitness, running, or hiking. Movement is a vital part of my life. And when I’m not doing sports, I’m travelling, dancing, or simply relaxing.
