At University Sports since:
a few years
What fascinates me about my sport is...
The badminton player needs the concentration of a chess player, the reflexes of a table tennis player, the speed of a sprinter, the throwing power of a javelin thrower, the power endurance of a speed skater, the endurance of a 1000m runner as well as agility, playfulness and technical ability. The versatility of the requirements makes badminton a demanding and tough competitive sport.
What fascinates me about University Sports is...
...many sports which students, teachers, dependents, externals and guests can inform themselves, try out and finally book very conveniently and modernly online and on site.
When I'm not practicing my sport...
...I have my favorite areas of work: holistic complementary medicine, naturopathy, LifeSciences, nutritional medicine, ethnomedicine, environmental medicine, etc. and "sub-areas" such as biophoton research, psychoneuroimmunology, etc.
My motto is:
Active sport is MOVEMENT MANAGE PROPHYLAX! or: Don't let your body go to waste and keep it pure, fit and healthy to not only make your everyday life easier and do good deeds, but also to strengthen your soul, because it is a "loan" only for a limited time.
