What fascinates me about my sport is...
... that yoga is so versatile. In particular, the physically demanding yoga styles, which include Vinyasa Yoga, make me sweat, but at the same time offer me the opportunity to relieve stress through targeted breathing and to switch off the "Monkey Mind", the little monkey in my head. At the same time, Vinyasa Yoga offers me the perfect opportunity to keep my body fit. Because especially through this flowing yoga practice, all muscle groups are not only strengthened, but also mobilized and stretched at the same time. An optimal workout for the whole body.
What fascinates me about University Sports is...
...the opportunity to practice yoga together with many interested people. To teach them Vinyasa Yoga and to bring them closer to this special sport or to take them one step further in their yoga practice. I would be happy to share my passion and show the participants that yoga is a great way to keep your body healthy and fit.
When I'm not practicing my sport...
...I work as a research assistant at the University of Applied Sciences for Health. In my free time I like to go jogging (as a balance to yoga) or spend my time with a good book and a tea.
