What fascinates me about my sport is...

... Relaxation is a good complement to exercise/sport and a healthy lifestyle. I have tried many relaxation techniques (e.g. Yin Yoga, meditation and mindfulness) and am still educating myself in this area.

What fascinates me about University Sports is...

... the great variety! Almost every sport is offered, who should not have found "his" sport(s) yet, will certainly find it here.

When I'm not practicing my sport...

... I practice hula hoop, go swimming, listen to podcasts or audio books.

My motto is:
